Sergio DeCesare Earns Three BNI Southwest Florida Awards, Including 2016 Chapter of the Year
Sergio DeCesare of Max Business Profits, Honored by the Southwest Florida Regional Chapter of Business Networking International Naples - Ft Myers, FL, October 24th 2016.
Naples, FL, October 26, 2016 --(PR.com)-- Sergio DeCesare of Max Business Profits, LLC recently won three awards from Business Networking International (BNI) Southwest Florida, as well as being instrumental in guiding his chapter, Neapolitan Networkers, to the coveted spot of Chapter of the Year. DeCesare was the Vice President of the Chapter from Oct 1 2015 to Sep 30 2016.
When asked jokingly by an attendee at the conclusion of the Awards ceremony, what his secret was, he became serious and stated:
“I decided early on, if I was going to take on this responsibility, I was going to make a positive impact on the group and every member experience. Everyone on the leadership team was onboard and willing to make this happen. Simply put, we took the tactics I teach my business coaching clients and applied them to the group. I used the position not just to enforce rules but to reinforce education, enhance member interaction and screen for new members who were highly committed to success.”
DeCesare was also honored for perfect attendance of the weekly meetings, number of visitors brought to his chapter and as one of the region’s Best Vice Presidents, known as Platinum Vice President Award. He has only been a member of BNI for 18 months.
Being former military and an author on Leadership, he also added:
“Leadership always starts at the top and we lead by example. Part of taking our leadership positions very seriously is the responsibility to help and mentor our next crop of leaders. We intend on moving forward and reaching new goals for 2017!”
