Royal Oak, MI, October 28, 2016 --(PR.com)-- APIS North America (www.apis-iq.com) announced the opening of an office in Royal Oak, Mich. (621 E. 5th St.) to provide training and consultation service to customers of APIS Informationstechnologien GmbH.

The German-based developer authors IQ (Installation Qualification) software designed for risk mitigation and functional safety analysis of product and processes by providing a graphically-focused environment for a thorough assessment of how they fail and identifying their respective causes and effects. It then creates a plan with many graphical editors and analysis tools detailing how to prevent the failures or, at least, mitigate their effects. The IQ-Software products are built from the ground up and can be customized to fit each customer’s needs.

“We look forward to working with our North and South American customers to enhance the globalization of their quality assurance programs by helping them improve their products and processes,” said APIS North America President Dr. Lynn Johnson, whose background includes healthcare (doctorate in pharmacy) and technology business development. “Whether it’s automotive, alternative energy or healthcare, we are confident that APIS North America offers the highest quality software paired with the most effective training and facilitation—all matched to meet our customers’ needs.”
