Discovery Initiatives Announces New Trip to View California Gray Whales in Mexico

This new tour

camping_expedition_in_Laguna_San_Ignacio) visits Laguna San Ignacio, a remote lagoon off the Baja Peninsula, that provides a refuge to the California Gray Whales at the end of their annual migration from the Arctic.

Tour participants will have an exceptional opportunity to interact with the whales and also experience a pristine wilderness area from a safari style camp on the water’s edge.

The first tour leaves the on the 10th of February 2008 with 3 other dates in February and March also available.
