The Search is on for the Next Miss Globe US
Dallas, TX, October 29, 2016 --(PR.com)-- The search is on for the next Miss Globe US. The Miss Globe US Organization is currently looking for young ladies 14-25 years of age to represent their home states at the national Miss Globe US and Miss Teen Globe US Pageants in South Padre Island, TX next summer.
The winners of the 2017 national Miss Globe US and Teen Globe US Pageants will receive an all expenses paid trip to represent the United States at the 2017 Miss Globe International Pageant in China. The Miss Globe International Pageant is one of the longest running and most prestigious pageants in the world and is televised in over 60 countries.
During the national Miss Globe US Pageant contestants will compete in the areas of Interview, Evening Gown, Fashion Runway and Swimsuit and have fun experiencing all of the exciting activities South Padre Island has to offer.
State preliminary pageants are being held across the country from now until April 2017. Young women interested in entering the Miss Globe US Pageant may visit www.missglobeus.com to find information on their state preliminary competition.
The reigning Miss Globe US is 22 year old Leah Lawson, of South Carolina. She will represent the USA in the 2016 Miss Globe International Pageant being held in Tunisia this December. The current Miss Globe International is Esma Volder of Australia.
