The Ashworth Group, Inc. is managed by founders Emily and Bill Lee. Emily Lee has over 20 years experience as an entrepreneurial sales and marketing executive for IT service delivery, staffing and recruiting companies. Her proven skills include developing and closing new accounts and selling into existing accounts. Ms. Lee has strong experience in strategic alliances, executive recruiting and relationship management.
Emily has spent the majority of her career focusing and working with clients, and candidates in the IT, Sales, Finance and related technologies industries. She has worked as a Senior Account Executive for Sykes Enterprises, Origin Technology in Business, and Technology Resources, Inc.
William “Bill” Lee began his career by joining the Bank of America as a Marketing Representative within the Business Services Division. After serving for 6 years with the Bank of America, Bill moved to the Pacific Northwest in 1972 and began a career in the Information Technology environment in Portland, OR and Seattle, WA encompassing positions in Sales, Marketing and Consulting management for the ensuing 18 years until moving to the sunny state of Florida in 1990.
