Luxury Spa & Salon, SPAtacular Escapes, Opens in Mechanicsburg - Grand Opening/Open House, December 3rd

Mechanicsburg, PA, November 04, 2016 --(PR.com)-- SPAtacular Escapes, the West Shore’s new wellness spa & salon, opened its doors to the public in October and will be holding a Grand Opening/Open House to showcase the company’s facilities, talent and services from noon until 8 p.m. on Saturday, December 3rd. The event will feature food and drinks, swag bags, a grand prize SPA Package Giveaway, discounts on booked appointments, demonstrations, free 5-minute chair massages, and more. And, the community will have the opportunity to mix and mingle with the owners as well as the Spa and Salon teams.

“I can’t wait for everyone to come and enjoy our vision. We want our dream place to be a dream escape for all!” said Shelly Wendeln, President/CEO of SPAtacular Escapes.

Along with husband and co-owner Bert Wendeln, Shelly has spent years planning out every detail of the business – from the room colors and layout of the building to ways to make it more organic, natural and ergonomically friendly. To do this, the entire product line was meticulously reviewed and tested so that only the healthiest products could be used in every aspect of the business. In addition, special ventilation was included in the building’s design to ensure that any unwanted scents which may be present would immediately be drawn out of the room. These design elements and more are meant to benefit not only the customers, but also the staff that will spend the most time in the environment.

“After eight plus years of planning, thinking and strategizing,” Bert said, “it is a dream come true to see our building and business come to life!”

SPAtacular Escapes features a full-service Hair and Nail Salon and a staff of talented licensed Stylists and Nail Technicians with the Wendeln’s daughter, Salon Manager (and licensed cosmetologist) Chelsie Clark leading the way. The team focuses on the most current trends in the industry while adhering to the highest standards. While customers may call in to book an appointment, walk-ins are always welcome during business hours.

In addition to the Salon, there are five individually themed treatment rooms with a team of highly gifted Massage Therapists and Estheticians and an extensive menu including facials, massages and a unique list of other treatment options.
