Craig Garby, Founder & Attorney
Craig Garby is a commercial transactional attorney with over twenty years of experience serving technology clients. In addition to drafting complex commercial agreements, Mr. Garby provides comprehensive business and legal guidance as clients develop, acquire, protect, commercialize and manage technologies and intellectual properties worldwide. He practiced at Cooley Godward, LLP; Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP and Rothgerber Johnson & Lyons, LLP, where he was the partner in charge of licensing matters, before founding his own law firm, Law Offices of Craig Garby, LLC. At the University of Colorado Law School, Mr. Garby taught “Copyright Law” and “IP and Technology Contracting.” He is a graduate of Stanford Law School, received an M.A. in Public Administration from Cornell University and received a B.A. from the University of Colorado.
David Ray, Founder & Attorney
David Ray’s corporate practice emphasizes complex mergers and acquisitions and addressing the needs of startup and early-stage companies. He began his career at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP’s Silicon Valley office and joined Kendall, Koenig & Oelsner PC upon moving to Colorado. Prior to becoming an attorney, Mr. Ray worked at Lehman Brothers and was a management consultant. He received a J.D. from Columbia Law School and an A.B. from Harvard.
Jenna Seigel, Founder & Attorney
Jenna Seigel’s practice focuses on corporate transactions covering everything from formations to financings and mergers and acquisitions. She works across industries and has more than six years of experience at Kendall, Koenig & Oelsner PC (Denver/Boulder); Stearns Weaver Miller (Miami/Ft. Lauderdale, Florida); and Otis, Coan & Peters LLC (Fort Collins). She received a J.D. from the University of Colorado Law School and a B.A. from Penn State. She was a Schreyer Honors College Scholar and the Marshall (Valedictorian) of Penn State’s College of Communications.
Alice Warren-Gregory, Founder & Attorney
Alice Warren-Gregory practices general corporate law with a focus on small and emerging companies. Her past experience includes more than five years with Modus Law Ltd. and Shoemaker Ghiselli + Schwartz LLC. She received a J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School and an A.B. from Princeton.
Michelle Dauenhauer, Founder & Chief Operations Officer
Michelle Dauenhauer’s experience includes serving as head of operations at Kendall, Koenig & Oelsner PC for 11 years and, prior to that, operations manager for a registered investment advisor where she traded securities daily. She earned a Bachelor of Science from Miami University of Ohio.
