When MDJW clients are alleged to have committed bad faith, Insurance Code violations, deceptive trade practices, violations of the Stowers Doctrine, or other acts of negligence, MDJW is regularly retained to defend those allegations and to take those cases to trial.

Because MDJW recognizes that helping its clients avoid claims and lawsuits is one of the greatest services a law firm can provide, MDJW also works with insurance clients in drafting policy language to avoid future litigation and is frequently called upon to provide training to adjusters and agents to minimize future risks.
