Bay Area-based podiatrist and foot surgeon, Dr. Oloff will be visiting Scottsdale for an event Hosted by Foot Solutions.
She will display her current line of heels, flats and boots at Foot Solutions, a leading international retailer focused on foot health.
Joining her will be the Arthritis Foundation, Dr.Oloff participated in their sold out event, “Fashion Fights Arthritis” in October. More than $330,000 was raised in support to the Foundation. In addition to her participation in Fashion Fights Arthritis, through the end of November Dr. Oloff will donate to the Foundation 10 percent of her sales from her website, Joanoloffshoes.com.

“The luxury shoe business is being led by designers who have little knowledge of the anatomy or physiology of the human foot,” Dr. Oloff explains. “But only a thoughtful cooperation of scientific and creative approach can guarantee that the shoe you’re wearing will feel as good as they look. I have set out to re-engineer the high heel shoe to match the anatomy and physiology of the foot more naturally.”
Explaining the technology, Dr. Oloff said that her patent pending technology involves several specific changes to the typical high heel shoe so it reflect the needs of all women, regardless of foot type. This technology supports the foot in a way only thought possible with custom orthotics.
