Dr. Stephen Unger Announces 7th Annual Winterfest in Tampa Bay Florida’s Most Exciting and Rare Snow Day
For the past 6 years, Dr. Unger’s Annual Winterfest has been a fantastic and free event for the whole community. Every year Winterfest transforms a little patch of sunny Florida into a true winter wonderland with 30 tons of snow! This year Dr. Unger’s Winterfest will be on December 3, at Seven Springs Middle School in New Port Richey from 10:00 am until 2:00 pm.
Tampa, FL, November 22, 2016 --(PR.com)-- Dr. Unger’s Winterfest is a complimentary, fun-filled event for families throughout the Tampa Bay area, including a snow slide, tons of snow to play in, a snowball target throwing area, as well as a visit from St. Nicholas and other magical friends for photographs.
Dr. Unger is a firm believer in continuing education, as well as supporting art programs for students. All donations and proceeds benefit the Trinity Rotary Charitable Foundation, earmarked for the Dr. Unger Scholarship for the Arts fund. This year, Dr. Unger is offering several scholarships. All students are eligible to win through a submission of visual, performing, or musical arts.
“This event is close to my heart because it benefits children in my community,” says Dr. Stephen Unger. “Every year participation increases and we see many families gathering and playing in the snow - imagine snow in Florida - some of these kids have never even seen snow!”

About Dr. Stephen Unger
Dr. Stephen Unger is a 2006 graduate from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Port Orange, Florida. Dr. Unger has been with Florida Wellness Medical Group for the past five years, and loves serving the community of Trinity. He has received numerous leadership and humanitarian awards during the course of his career and is deeply committed to many endeavors within his community. Dr. Unger is also involved in humanitarian projects in Brazil, raised money for orphanages there, and has been a Good Samaritan volunteer for 8 years.
