Toll Brothers' Kechter Farm is Winner of "Best Landscaping" Award
Best Landscaping Award was presented by the Home Builders Association of Northern Colorado for its Parade of Homes.
Fort Collins, CO, November 18, 2016 --(PR.com)-- Toll Brothers’ Kechter Farm recently was honored as having the “Best Landscaping” in the 2016 Home Builders Association of Northern Colorado (NOCO HBA) Parade of Homes.
The Parade of Homes was held over two weekends in September, covering homes from Platteville to Wellington. Each home was professionally judged for a multitude of features including landscaping, floor plan, architectural exterior, interior decorating and more. Awards were presented at the Parade of Homes Awards Reception held at the Budweiser Event Center.
In making the award presentation, the judges said that Kechter Farm scored the highest in overall appeal, use of texture, appropriate materials, relationship of the landscaping to the house and neighbourhood, and usability.
“Our Wakefield home in the Parade of Homes features a spool (small pool), outdoor kitchen, covered patio and lush landscaping,” says Mark Strauss, Toll Brothers project manager. “The Wakefield is part of our fabulous model park that has an emphasis on outdoor living and also includes an infinity pool, our new sales office, putting green and horseshoe pit. We’ve had rave reviews from people who have visited the model home park, and are happy that the Parade of Homes honored us with this landscaping award.”
