Ms. Guerrero is a Realtor at Coldwell Banker United, Realtors which is a real estate agency in Sugar Land, Texas. She represents both sellers and buyers in real estate transactions and helps people in Fort Bend County and Harris County to buy and sell new homes. She specializes in first time home buyers and new construction homes. Ms. Guerrero assists veterans in buying a home and works with homeowners that want to lease their house as well. Ms. Guerrero has worked on numerous company sponsored programs including the United Way campaign, Rodeo Run, ConocoPhillips volunteers at the NFL experience at the George Brown Convention Center in 2004, Conoco’s Rodeo Run, Keep 5 Alive through Habitat for Humanity in Houston and Conoco and ConocoPhillips, Community Relations from 2003 through 2005.

Born in Los Angeles, California, Ms. Guerrero obtained an A.A. in Business from East Los Angeles College in 1976 and completed continuing education courses in Real Estate. She married Robert on October 6, 1979 and they have four children. In her spare time she enjoys music, piano, travel, family activities and being a parent volunteer at Brazos Bend Elementary, Sartaria Middle School and Travis High School.
