Kitestring Visuals releases interactive "360 Tours" for The Palace Theatre and Mercury Ballroom. Both venues are downtown Louisville’s top theater venues for concerts, musicals, private parties and other live entertainment. The 360-degree content will be used to showcase their venue features.
Louisville, KY, November 24, 2016 --(PR.com)-- Kitestring Visuals, a digital media solutions company is excited to announce the release of interactive "360 Tours" for The Palace Theatre and Mercury Ballroom. Both venues are downtown Louisville’s top theater venues for concerts, musicals, private parties and other live entertainment. The 360-degree content will be used to showcase their venue features.
360-degree videos, also known as immersive videos or spherical videos, are video recordings where a view in every direction is recorded at the same time, shot using an omnidirectional camera or a collection of cameras. During playback the viewer has control of the viewing direction like a panorama, a form of virtual reality.
“360’s have been traditionally used by businesses, such as real-estate (letting you view a property as if you were there) and the travel industry (letting you check out a resort before you visit),” states David Pollock, Managing Director at Kitestring Visuals.
