Excalibur Royale and Pantera Privé Announce Formation of a Strategic Alliance in Natural Color Diamond Industry

Toronto, Canada, November 30, 2016 --(PR.com)-- e-Magine Color Diamonds and Pantera Privé B.V. carrying on business as Excalibur Royale and Pantera Privé respectively are pleased to announce the formation of a strategic alliance whereby the operations of each entity shall be consolidated to create economies of scale for the following purposes:

- to integrate and fuse the collective industry experience and expertise of management of each entity to better serve the interests of the group as a whole;

- to consolidate the efforts of each entity towards the acquisition of natural color diamonds to establish greater buying power which translates to reduced pricing to the end user and ultimate purchaser being the clients of each entity;

- to significantly reduce overhead costs and to consolidate and centralize the operations of each entity;

- to avail each entity with parallel administrative and marketing support going forward.

The aforesaid strategic alliance has been formulated by management of each entity in a constructive and thought-driven process over the last many months. The ultimate goal is for each entity to take advantage of the globalization and consolidation of the natural color diamond market with the underlying recognition that the acquisition of natural color diamonds by investors/collectors or aesthetic buyers is not a regional phenomenon but an international one.

In an effort to capture a greater market share in the global natural color diamond industry, Excalibur Royale and Pantera Privé have initiated this strategic alliance initiative and as both Michael Shumacher president of Excalibur Royale and Howard Edberg, managing director of Pantera Privé reiterate and echo, “We have pursued this strategic alliance to better serve our international clientele with both the immediate and longer-term plan of creating economies of scale which translate to lower and more competitive diamond pricing to the ultimate benefit of all of our respective clients.”

As Mr. Edberg opines, “We have taken a closer look at the Price Match Guarantee and Remarketing strategies of Excalibur Royale and we believe that these initiatives have tremendous merit and should be adopted by our group.”
