Award-Winning Restaurant, Mint Indian Bistro to Create a Dining Experience Like Never Seen Before in an Indian Restaurant with Its Second Location
Beloved Las Vegas Indian restaurant finds a new home west of the Las Vegas strip in Spring Valley. Over 500 people expected at the Grand Opening on Saturday, December 3rd.
Las Vegas, NV, December 01, 2016 --(PR.com)-- Mint Indian Bistro will break new ground on Saturday, December 3rd at its new location in the southwest of Las Vegas. Seasoned restaurateurs and husband-wife duo Kris and Bindi Parikh are opening Mint Indian Bistro’s second location to accommodate their vision of a brand new dining experience, like never before seen in an Indian restaurant. The new site will give them the square footage to bring their vision to life.
There will be an exclusive Tasting & Tour from 5-6pm for the press, following which, the restaurant will open its doors to its guests for a Grand Opening and Open House from 6-10pm. Seats are limited and guests can reserve their spot by registering here: https://mint-grand-opening.eventbrite.com
So far, over 500 guests are registered to attend.
“The phenomenal success of our Paradise location has made this a reality,” Kris said. “We regularly received requests from people to open up a new location closer to Summerlin, the southwest and even the northwest part of town. We looked far and wide for the right time and spot. And finally, we have found it here in Spring Valley.”
Kris and Bindi knew they were going to open another location, but they didn’t want it to be just another Indian restaurant.
“Our new location will have the same great food and service. We are following our basic food philosophy of simple, colorful, and flavorful food that appeals to all five senses,” Kris said.
"However, at our Spring Valley restaurant, owing to a much larger space, we will be able to provide our patrons with much more. You'll see a live tandoor, a great space for private parties around our live tandoor for up to 40 guests, a 250 capacity eclectic banquet hall, and a sports bar featuring beer and wine by the ounce in addition to our classic libations,” he said.
Kris added. “We wanted this restaurant to be a complete dining experience, and we have been able to accomplish our goal.”
The new location also boasts a 7,500 square foot, state-of-the-art, kitchen, and a spacious, open dining area with The Lassi Bar at center stage.
Mint Indian Bistro’s menu has a variety of authentic Indian dishes, both from the Northern and Southern regions of India. It also offers Indo-Chinese fusion food, a.k.a. Hakka cuisine, which is hugely popular in the Indian subcontinent, and includes creations that meet various dietary requirements, like vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free.
“The menu will also be unique and more diverse at this location, featuring Indo-Chinese dishes and a few varieties of Thai curries, apart from our existing dishes.“We believe in providing value and are known never to compromise on quality. We only use fresh ingredients, and all-natural, antibiotic-free meats,” Kris said. “And with our new restaurant, we have been able to push the envelope to create a complete and unique dining experience.”
Mint Indian Bistro had its soft opening on Thanksgiving Day and for the time being will be open for lunch only until the Grand Opening Party, after which it will be open for business as usual.
