Axia Technology Partners announced the release of version 1.3 of its Unified Communications platform Kerauno, which now provides seamless integration with banking core software services including Fiserv, Jack Henry, and Corelation. This new functionality can replace many existing systems such as bank by phone and interactive voice response enabling increased efficiency ratios for financial institutions.
