Possibilities for Design Receives 2017 Nationals Silver Award for Best Interior Merchandising
The design firm received a silver award in the category of Best Interior Merchandising of a model 2,500 to 3,000 sq. ft. for Toll Brothers' Harkness model.

The award was presented by the National Association of Home Builders’ (NAHB) National Sales and Marketing Council for The Nationals new home sales and marketing awards. The Nationals salutes and honors the top designers, home builders, developers and consultants in the building industry for their determination, creativity and endurance.
The design firm partnered with Toll Brothers to create this award-winning Harkness model at the Enclave at Rye Brook in Westchester County, New York. The combination of classic design coupled with sophisticated, urban accents has led to enormous success for this model and its community.
“The Harkness was an absolute thrill for us to design,” says Doris Pearlman, president of Possibilities for Design. “We wanted to create a design that mirrored this upscale buyer’s ultimate Westchester dream home. With over 1,100 entries this year, Silver Award Winners are the top vote recipients in each category and are the finalists for the Gold Award. Gold Awards in each category will be presented as part of the International Builders' Show on Jan. 10 at the Hyatt Regency Orlando. The Show is expected to draw more than 1,000 attendees.
