TMG Consulting Announces Appointment of Pam Glanvill as Executive Vice President
Austin, TX, December 03, 2016 --(PR.com)-- TMG Consulting today announced the appointment of Pam Glanvill as Executive Vice President. Glanvill will lead the firm’s client-side delivery support practice, CSDSupport™. Glanvill brings 30 years of experience guiding and implementing mission critical applications, with a specific focus on the utility and revenue verticals for the last 18 years.
Recognized as an expert in meter-to-cash solution implementations and application sustainability, Glanvill successfully led companies through large and complex projects. This includes pioneering private a cloud self-service offering, a variety of first-to-market application implementations and significant revenue recovery initiatives.
As the leader of CSDSupport™, Glanvill will provide leadership and direction to support utilities during enterprise IT application implementations. This includes utility staff augmentation and managing relationships with system integrators and consultants to ensure that utility interests are at the forefront.
“I am pleased to welcome Pam Glanvill to our team. Her reputation of protecting utilities during critical implementations is second to none,” says Mario Bauer, CEO of TMG Consulting. “I identified Pam as the best fit to lead our ever growing CSDSupport™ division. Projects are getting more complex and if we are going to continue to be the leader in the utility advisory services industry we need to continue to enhance our industry offerings, and Pam will do just that.”
As the leader of TMG’s CSDSupport™ practice, Glanvill’s team will provide services to help utilities that are challenged by retiring workforces, staff reductions, an ever-growing number of competing internal projects, and a general lack of implementation experience, Bauer added.
“I joined TMG Consulting because it allowed me the opportunity to work on behalf of utilities,” says Glanvill. “The goal of CSDSupport™ is to strengthen and enable the client team and develop a trusted cohesiveness between the system integrator and the client team, thereby ensuring the success of the project. We achieve this by injecting skilled professionals into the client team, and providing overall program management with advanced communication. Our focus is on the big picture – the utilities operations and business processes during and after the project.”
Most recently, Glanvill was President of Origin Consulting, an organization that she led for nearly five years. She previously held positions at Oracle, SPL Worldgroup, Liberty Life, Lifegro, and Standard Bank.
