Colliers Secures Sale of Grand Hotel Lodz for 20m EUR
Colliers International Poland has secured the sale of Grand Hotel Lodz for Orbis Group for 20m EUR.
Lodz, Poland, January 30, 2008 --(PR.com)-- The hotel is the most recognizable hotel in Lodz, located in the heart of tourist and business part of the city, on its main avenue.
The hotel features 161 rooms (79 single, 72 double and 10 apartments), three restaurants (with more than 300 seats in total), a café and an amusement arcade. Three conference rooms located in the hotel have a total area of 349 m2. The hotel was constructed in 1888, and built in a neo–Renaissance style. The buyer of the hotel, a private investor owning boutique-style hotels in Poland, has not been disclosed.
Colliers International Poland was acting on behalf of the seller, Orbis Group. The largest tourist and hotel group in Poland and Central Europe, Orbis Group offers services in the hotel, travel agent, tour operator, domestic and international coach transport, car rental and lease and gaming sectors.
