American Law Society Recognizes Patricia B. Fugee

She completed her undergraduate degree in Mathematics from Wellesley College in 1986. In 2016, she was named as an Ohio Super Lawyer by the Ohio Super Lawyers magazine, and has been recognized as The Best Lawyer in America for Bankruptcy and Creditor Debtor Rights/ Insolvency and Reorganization Law and Litigation under the Bankruptcy category. Patricia Fugee has been rated AV Preeminent by the Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory for ten years, since 2005.
Patricia Fugee is now a Partner at Fisher Broyles, LLP in the Toledo, Ohio Area. Prior to that, she was a Partner at Roetzel & Andress for more than fourteen years. She also serves as a member of the long range planning committee for the Toledo Bar Association and serves as a Grievance Committee member with the same association. Additionally, Patricia Fugee serves as president of the Zonta Club of Toledo, a group that strives to improve the status of women locally, nationally and across the globe.
Currently, she focuses her practice on commercial bankruptcy, creditors' rights and business litigation matters, representing creditors, lending institutions, landlords and trade creditors. Since 2009, she has been Board Certified in Creditor's Rights Law by the American Board of Certification, a national organization dedicated to serving the public and improving the quality of the bar.
