Pittsburgh, PA, December 15, 2016 --(PR.com)-- AIM, the trusted worldwide industry association for the automatic identification industry, providing unbiased information, educational resources and standards to providers and users of these technologies for nearly half a century, announced today that Dominik Boesl, Corporate Innovation Manager & Technology Owner at KUKA AG, will be a keynote speaker for AIM Summit 2017 on March 13th in Stuttgart, Germany.
Mr. Boesl has been responsible for Innovation and Technology Management at KUKA since he first joined KUKA Laboratories as Head of Corporate Strategy and Member of the Board in 2011. In 2012, he became Corporate Innovation Manager at KUKA AG, directly reporting to the Management Board. His responsibility for innovation and evangelism efforts spans the entire KUKA group. As one of KUKA's Technology Owners (equivalent to other companies' Technical Fellows or Distinguished Engineers), he profoundly contributes to the definition of the group's strategy on "Apps, Cloud & IoT." His presentation, Future of Robotics, will begin AIM's annual meeting, which includes sessions devoted to innovation and technologies, educational opportunities and networking that brings together automatic identification and data capture executives, educators and end users from around the world. This year's event will be held at the Le Méridien Stuttgart Hotel in Stuttgart, Germany and features more than a dozen industry speakers in addition to Mr. Boesl. The 2017 AIM Awards will also be presented during a special recognition luncheon at the Summit.
AIM selected Stuttgart for its annual Summit to include the opportunity to colocate with LogiMAT 2017, the 15th international trade fair for distribution, materials handling and information flow.
