Valentino Danchev to Host Seventh Annual Christmas Charity Event for Children in Riviera Maya
Valentino Danchev, president of Fidelis Marketing Group, gives back to the local community in Riviera Maya through annual Christmas charity event for underprivileged children.
Riviera Maya, Mexico, December 16, 2016 --(PR.com)-- On Monday, December 19th, Fidelis Marketing Group and its President, Valentino Danchev, will once again host an annual charity event for underprivileged children at one of the distinguished Vidanta resort properties in Riviera Maya.
In addition to a luncheon, a Christmas Show, and other holiday-themed activities, the highlight of the event is the delivery of gifts to all the children. Prior to the event, each foster child writes a letter to Santa Claus indicating what they would like to receive for Christmas. These letters are then given to Fidelis and Vidanta staff members who purchase and wrap the gifts for the children.
“It’s an event that I and my staff look forward to every year, and one that we’ve been organizing for the last several months. The chance to give back in a meaningful way, and, in particular, to brighten the Christmases of children in our community is a holiday tradition that brings all the participants a great deal of joy,” says Danchev, who personally assists in organizing the day’s festivities and covers the cost of the party and larger gifts.
The holiday party, which has been held annually for the past six years, began on a much smaller scale, benefiting around 35 children. Last year, more than 500 children between the ages of eight months and twelve years attended, and this year, more than 600 local children are expected to attend.
