Omicron Delta Sigma Service Foundation (ODS), to Give Away 25 Bikes in Its Annual "Christmas Bike Giveaway" Project

Waldord, MD, December 20, 2016 --(PR.com)-- Omicron Delta Sigma Service Foundation and Omicron Delta Sigma Chapter of Phi Beta Sigma (ODS), to give away 25 Bikes in its first annual ‘Christmas Bike Giveaway’ Project.

ODS recognizes that the holiday season is one of joy or great pain depending upon where one lands on the economic ladder. “Our goal for this project was simple, put a smile on the face of a child on Christmas day.” This will be accomplished through the promotion of physical fitness, health education and social well-being of families, children, individuals and communities. ODS’s Christmas Bike Giveaway’ new bicycle campaign not only put smiles on the children faces but also encouraged support of the children family.

The Christmas Bike Giveaway Program will be held on Tuesday, December 20, 2016 at 2:45 p.m. at the C. Paul Barnhart Elementary School, 4800 Lancaster Cir, Waldorf, MD 20603. This bike giveaway is an annual project of the chapter was adopted as community service project for past five years. In 2016, Omicron Delta Sigma Service Foundation was founded as a nonprofit extension to the Omicron Delta Sigma Chapter of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity Inc.
