Now IT Works Migrates Clients to New Email Security Client at No Charge

East Hampton, CT, December 21, 2016 --(PR.com)-- In keeping with the spirit and selflessness of the holiday season, Chris Meacham, the CEO of Now IT Works, credited his clients for tens of thousands of dollars in work recently, because it was the right thing to do.

Now IT Works, which provides outsourced IT services to companies in the Northeast, migrated its clients to new email security software when the current software being used was discontinued.

“It wasn’t our clients’ fault that the email security suite was shut down,” Meacham said. “It just seemed like the right thing to do.”

Now IT Works migrated the clients to the new email security service without any disruption in service, which was incredibly important at a time when email security is paramount. The number of phishing attacks is at an all-time high, according to the Anti-Phishing Working Group (APWG). As well, the APWG identified an average of 200,000 malware threats per day during the second quarter of 2016.
