American Law Society Recognizes Randall R. Saxton

Madison, MS, December 24, 2016 --(PR.com)-- Randall R. Saxton is the founding attorney of Saxton Law, PLLC. His areas of practice includes bankruptcy, tax, and planning for both business and estate. As a member of the Conference of Mississippi Prosecutors, Mr. Saxton regularly represents individuals, lenders, landlords and suppliers in state and federal court in Mississippi. Mr. Saxton also serves as the JAG officer for the Mississippi State Guard and as Vice President of the Mississippi State Guard Association. He sits on the Madison Chamber of Commerce and on the Executive Committee for the Madison County Republican Party. He has been selected by "Mississippi Business Journal" as one of the state's "Top 50 Business Leaders under 40," by "Portico" magazine as one of the "Portico 10," received a "10 Best" Award for Client Satisfaction by the American Institute of Bankrupt Attorneys, and been rated with a 10.0 by clients through the Avvo Lawyer Ranking System. Of note, he is the author the recent publication, "Red Sky Warning."

Randall Saxton graduated from the Mississippi School of Law in 2010 as a Doctor of Jurisprudence. Prior to that, he received his Master of Social Sciences in the Administration of Justice.
