American Law Society Recognizes Cheryl L. Walsh

San Juan Capistrano, CA, December 24, 2016 --(PR.com)-- Cheryl Walsh is the Principal Attorney at the Law Offices of Cheryl L. Walsh in San Juan Capistrano, California, which she founded in 1995. She opened the first Elder Law division at the Law Office of Stein, Hanger, Levine and Young in 1993.
Cheryl graduated from Loyola Law School in 1991. Serving on the Board of Directors of the Ventura County Chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association, Speaker’s Bureau of the Los Angeles County Chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association and serving on the Board of Directors of the Elder Law Section of the Orange County Bar Association (2003-Present) have bolstered her work in Elder Law.
Other accomplishments of note: drafting and presenting proposed legislation providing tax benefit to Seniors Living in Senior Living Complexes, a Bill sponsored by Senator John Campbell and successfully arguing before the Fourth District Court of Appeals in the area of Medi-Cal Estate Recovery.
