Strategic Programs Joins Illinois TDL Driver Shortage Task Force

Denver, CO, December 28, 2016 --(PR.com)-- Megan Younkin of Strategic Programs joins the Illinois TDL task force to help provide insights of why professional drivers leave and to develop materials and training solutions to address the driver shortage.

The TDL task force was created to impact the growing truck driver shortage of the transportation, distribution and logistics industries of the state. Members of the task force include consultants, and representatives from carriers and government agencies. Truck driving is the 7th largest occupation in the state of Illinois.
