Tetramed Holdings Corporation Expanding Board of Directors with Cannabis Industry Leaders
On the heels of November's successful statewide referendum on recreational cannabis legalization, accomplished attorney and industry advocate Michael A. Fine, and physician Dr. Fernando Soler join the Tetramed Holdings Corporation Board of Directors.
Las Vegas, NV, December 30, 2016 --(PR.com)-- Nevada based Tetramed Holdings Corporation, parent company of Sin City Cultivation Inc., has recently announced two additions to their board of directors. On the heels of November's successful statewide referendum on recreational cannabis legalization, accomplished attorney and industry advocate Michael A. Fine, and physician Dr. Fernando Soler join the Tetramed Holdings Corporation Board of Directors.
An attorney and mortgage company owner by profession, Michael A. Fine joins Tetramed with both professional and personal experience in the cannabis industry. Fine most recently served as the Governor appointed Co-Chair of the Illinois Medical Cannabis Advisory Board, an entity comprised of primarily top medical professionals that is tasked with expanding the conditions eligible for medical cannabis in Illinois. Michael is a strong advocate for the use of medical cannabis and brings his portfolio of industry advocacy and experience to the Tetramed board.
Tetramed also named Fernando Soler MD as the boards Medical Advisor. Dr. Soler has over 25 years of clinical experience as an office and hospital-based physician. In addition to performing medical cannabis patient recommendations as part of his patient care programs, Dr. Soler’s work as a Primary Study Investigator for Pfizer and Merck Pharmaceuticals, serving on Rush Prudential Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee, Advocate Healthcare Credentialing Committee, Resurrection Healthcare Preferred Board of Directors, Board of Director for CannabisIsMedicina, and Medical Advisor for Accretive Healthcare brings a unique perspective on Tetramed’s ongoing pursuit of the highest quality cannabis across all facets of the industry.
“Dr. Soler’s experience and accolades in the field of primary care medicine is something to admire. His commitment and impact on the lives of his patients and the national medical community bring great balance and perspective to our board,” commented Dan Caravette, CEO of Tetramed Holdings Corporation, Inc.
The Tetramed team has been working for the last two years to prepare for the recently passed referendum. Tetramed’s cultivation team and partners are bolstered by adding leading geneticists and world class growers. With a strong focus on innovation, Sin City Cultivation has positioned themselves as one of the most efficient cultivators in the nation. The Nevada Marijuana Legalization Initiative, also known as Question 2, was on the November 8, 2016, ballot in Nevada and won by mandate with over 54% of votes in favor.
“It was clear by November’s vote results around the nation that people want both recreational and medical cannabis. We are committed to cultivating the finest quality cannabis and maintaining the most efficient footprint in the industry,” continued Caravette.
Sin City Cultivation is currently finalizing the first phase of their new cultivation set to open March 2017. For more information on Sin City Cultivation Inc. visit sincitycultivation.com.
