Inplenion International AG Acquired Circle i, a Market Leader in South Africa for Business Analytics

The transaction was completed on December 23, 2016. This creates a fast-growing international advisory, software implementation and management service company with more than 130 employees. It also results in one of the largest Oracle EPM and Business Analytics practice Worldwide.

Circle i - Consult Proprietary Ltd that is headquartered in Cape Town and is an Oracle Gold Partner that helps CFO offices to automate and streamline their financial processes and reporting needs. It is a leading CFO services provider in South Africa, with expertise on Enterprise performance Management and Business Intelligence advisory.
