Personal Power Enterprises, LLC Partners with Love By The Handles, Inc. to Host Exclusive Recognition Dinner for Women with Transitional Experiences

Founded by Amina McWhirter, Love By The Handles is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit offering extraordinary services to individuals in transition within the D.C. Metro area.
The partnership between Personal Power Enterprises and Love By The Handles has been created to host an exclusive recognition dinner on Wednesday, January 18, 2017. This event will recognize ten women that have recently overcome different transitional experiences including domestic violence, single motherhood, caregiving challenges, etc. The purpose of the dinner is to honor and recognize the indomitable spirit, resilience, and determination displayed by these women who refuse to quit despite life's unexpected challenges.
A recipient of multiple awards at the national and international level, Cheryl Wood is rated highly for her ability to train clients to help them overcome self-limiting thoughts of doubt and fear by giving strategic steps for taking control of one's life and possibilities. Her latest venture for 2017 is called #PowerOn2017, a global movement that empowers, educates and equips mission-driven women with the necessary tools to lead happier, more purposeful lives.
Love By The Handles is engaged in creating Love Outreach events and programs for the community to support and encourage people in need. The non-profit has done exceedingly well in providing the gift of love and financial support to individuals that are in transitional stages of life. They offer an array of items in a bag with a handle for those in need of items such as cell phones, school supplies, clothing, workforce development resources, and food for homeless women, men and children.
The upcoming event on January 18 will take place at Doubletree Hilton, 9100 Basil Court, Largo, MD 20774. One of the prime attractions of the event will be the complimentary professional makeup services for each participant provided by professional MUA Mahogany Williams-Moss, the owner of Maze Me Concept. Other attractions for the evening includes a plated dinner, recognition ceremony, inspirational dance performance, and a motivational speech by Cheryl Wood. As a part of the celebration, the ten women being recognized will receive a WOW swag bag containing custom designed inspirational jewelry, self-help empowerment books, motivational t-shirts, and more.
