Laura Rathe Fine Art Presents Vanguard
LRFA Marks Its Fourth Year in the Design District with a Special Group Anniversary Exhibition in Dallas, Texas
Dallas, TX, January 14, 2017 --(PR.com)-- Celebrating its fourth year in the Dallas Design District, Laura Rathe Fine Art (LRFA), presents ‘Vanguard,’ a group anniversary exhibition featuring distinctive new works by various gallery artists, with an opening reception on Saturday, February 18th from 5-8pm.
Since opening its doors at its second location in February 2013, LRFA has experienced remarkable growth and continued success on Dragon Street. This is due in large part to the gallery’s continually expanding and remarkably diverse roster of contemporary artists. ‘Vanguard’ will highlight this diversity and present works in a variety of media by midcareer and emerging artists from both Texas and abroad. Though they come from different backgrounds, each artist is producing work at the height of their careers.
LRFA has recently broadened its international focus. ‘Vanguard’ will present new works by recent additions to the gallery roster including, German artist Michael Laube, South African Artist Gavin Rain, and Chinese Artist Zhuang Hong Yi. This year also marks the addition of nationally and internationally known artists, Hunt Slonem and Cassandria Blackmore.
The success of LRFA’s Dallas location is also owed to the continued support of the gallery’s enthusiastic and continually expanding collector base, whose passion for contemporary art mirrors the growth and success of the Dallas art market and the city’s art scene more broadly. LRFA is extremely grateful to the community for its continued support and looks forward to serving its patrons in the New Year.
