Workplace Medical Corp. Expands Ontario Occupational Health Clinic Network with Two Acquisitions

(WMC) is pleased to announce the recent acquisition of Niagara Occupational Health Services Inc. in Niagara Falls and Mobile Industrial Health Services in Ajax. These acquisitions will expand WMC’s occupational health and absence management services into these geographically strategic regions.

Niagara Occupational Health Services Inc. has been providing reliable and quality occupational health services in the Niagara region since 1972. Familiar with WMC for a number of years, Dr. Raymond M. Roman says he’s excited about offering a broader range of services at his clinic while maintaining the same level of service. “This transfer provides me the assurance of knowing my clients will be receiving the same level of care under Workplace Medical, while gaining access to a wider range of services offered by them,” says Dr. Roman.

Dr. L.E. Poudziukas of Mobile Industrial Health Services agrees. With over thirty years of medical experience, Dr. Poudziukus has spent the latter half of his career focused on occupational medicine and says he’s pleased about the additional support his clinic will receive under Workplace Medical Corp. “This acquisition will allow my company to provide a better range of services to a wider client base because of the broad support and recognition available under the Workplace Medical brand,” says Dr. Poudziukas.
