Premier Resources and Premier Healthcare Resources Join Together Under New Leadership

Charlotte, NC, February 08, 2017 --(PR.com)-- On December 28, 2016, CEO Jennifer Bertoglio entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Premier Resources of North Carolina, Inc. and Premier Healthcare Resources of North Carolina, Inc., both based in Charlotte, NC. The companies began doing business as one company, Premier Resources Group, Inc. effective January 1, 2017.

Jennifer Bertoglio assumes the role of CEO and President of Premier Resources Group and contributes two decades of experience in staffing, outsourcing, and contingent work delivery models. In 2005, Bertoglio, founded LawyerLink to address the many challenges facing the temporary legal workforce. Bertoglio innovated managed service models and leveraged technology to support litigations for several Fortune 100 companies. In 2010, LawyerLink was acquired by Axiom Law, the largest legal marketplace innovator, re-shaping legal services delivery.

Bertoglio brings the same passion, commitment, and expertise as she expands her services into the Charlotte community. “I examined many staffing companies, and I was impressed by Premier Resources’ and Premier Healthcare Resources’ level of extraordinary customer service. The legal industry provided Bertoglio a unique opportunity to innovate how organizations source and manage staff on a temporary, project and permanent basis.
