Premiere Healthcare Summit for Middle Managers Presented by Northwest Missouri State University - the First of Its Kind Designed Specifically for the Industry
Finally a healthcare conference designed specifically for the unique challenges of middle managers in the industry! During this one day event, three sessions have been designed precisely for healthcare, and will utilize case studies as well as role playing to emphasize verbal professional communication, problem solving, and employee coaching.

Northwest Missouri State University will present a one day event to address the gap in training that healthcare Managers face. There are all kinds of generic leadership or first time supervisor trainings available, but nothing designed precisely for the dynamic intricacies that the healthcare field requires. Three sessions have been created that will utilize industry-relevant case studies as well as role playing to emphasize 360 degree communication, problem solving, and employee coaching, all vital skills for healthcare middle managers.
Few industries literally hold someone’s life in their hand, and that creates a great deal of stress for healthcare providers. Mr. Will stuck, a comedian / storyteller extraordinaire, will present as the keynote and address this component by speaking over the lunch hour to explain how to find the humor in our daily lives to help relieve that stress. Additionally, Randall Resources International will present the 360 degree communication session which will help the middle manager to better communicate up, down, and unilaterally with superiors, employees, and their colleagues.
