Medicare Supplement Association Launches New Website
The nation's Medicare Supplement insurance association has relaunched the organization's website marking the organization's largest investment in supporting consumer requests for local Medigap insurance agents.
Los Angeles, CA, February 01, 2017 --(PR.com)-- The American Association for Medicare Supplement Insurance announced the launching of its redesigned website with added features for both consumers and insurance professionals.
"This marks the first significant change to the organization's website, a significant investment that is part of our enlarged commitment to address the needs of consumers and insurance agents," declares Jesse Slome, director of the American Association for Medicare Supplement Insurance.
The new website will enable consumers to find local Medicare insurance agents utilizing a proprietary online agent directory. "Our directory of local Medicare Supplement agents has been the industry's largest online resource and we anticipate the new format will make it better and easier for consumers to find local specialists," Slome noted. The new Zip Code online look-up feature is expected to be available at the end of February.
To support insurance agents the Association's new website contains most recent statistics on Medicare Supplement insurance plan selection, buyer and the top 10 Medigap insurers based on in-force business.
The Association's video training library offers free access to workshops recorded at the organization's 2016 National Medicare Supplement insurance industry conference. "In addition, we have packages focused on selling and marketing Medicare Supplement insurance for agents who want to learn from the best in the business," Slome adds.
