Casco & Asociados Joins Russell Bedford as New Firm in Asunción

London, United Kingdom, February 02, 2017 --(PR.com)-- The Russell Bedford global accounting and tax consulting network has announced the appointment of Casco & Asociados Contadores Públicos as its first full member firm in Asunción, Paraguay.

Dr. Luis A. Casco, a university lecturer and a former president of the Colegio de Contadores del Paraguay, started his firm as a sole practitioner in 2004. The firm was transformed into a partnership in 2007.

Based in the centre of the capital city, Casco & Asociados now has three partners and 25 personnel.

With a strong focus on statutory, tax and internal auditing, the firm provides a broad range of accounting, tax advisory and business consulting services. Specialisms include accounting outsourcing, and human resources management, internal control advice, VAT recovery management and financial restructuring, organizational development.

The firm's client base comprises small, medium and large domestic companies, together with local subsidiaries of international corporations.

Casco & Asociados is registered with all the appropriate regulatory authorities. The firm has been approved by the Subsecretaría de Estado de Tributación (national tax authority), the Banco Central del Paraguay, the Comisión Nacional de Valores (securities commission), the Instituto Nacional de Cooperativismo and the Secretaría de Prevención de Lavado de Dinero o Bienes (SEPRELAD).
