The White & White Team at Keller Williams Realty Black Hills Receives a Triple Gold Award
The real estate team "The White & White Team," Rapid City Home Specialists, was recognized for the 2016-year end for top achievements in closed real estate transactions
Rapid City, SD, February 03, 2017 --(PR.com)-- The White & White Team, a top team of Rapid City Real Estate Specialists under the brokerage Keller Williams Realty Black Hills has once again received a significant award for their real estate production, which in turn is helping Rapid City, SD and surrounding area Homeowners.
The real estate team "The White & White Team," Rapid City Home Specialists, was recognized for the 2016-year end for top achievements in closed real estate transactions. Receiving such awards is significant to the White & White Team as they have been working hard to expand and grow their team since 2015. “The addition to the team was exciting, but a very big leap of faith in my son Landon back in 2015,” says Suzanne White, Team Leader for the White & White Team. “We basically had to start over with a rebranding as a team as previously it was just myself, new signs, logo, websites, etc. But we are proud to say we have accomplished some pretty big goals and are looking toward more growth and helping more clients in 2017 with our newest agent, Jenni Brue.”
The Triple Gold Award Level is given to producers earning between $300,000 and $399,999 in a 12-month period in Gross Closed Income. The White & White Team also celebrated closing more than 63 transactional sides. That’s 63 homes closed and Rapid City families and individuals helped in 2016 by Suzanne & Landon White.
Suzanne White, Owner of the White & White Team, credits her growth- which took her from minimal production in 2009 to nearly $27 million in sales and over 100 transactional sides in the past 2 years- to hard work, client referrals and an outstanding support staff. Standing out, being unique, and always flying above the radar. The White & White Team’s business is mostly web based and she believes it is all about focusing on the client’s needs and desires, and providing a consistent service with open communication. “It’s all about the client,” Suzanne says.
Since joining the Keller Williams Realty franchise in 2014, the White & White Team received the Gold Award (GCI between $180,000-$239,999) in 2014 and the Double Gold Award (GCI between $240,000- 299,999) in 2015. Now in 2016, being presented with the Triple Gold Award. The next Award Level is the Quad Gold, which the White & White Team is confident they will achieve (if not exceed) for the year 2017.
“We are looking toward a Mini Boom in the Rapid City area this Spring/Summer; with low interest rates, more people moving into the Black Hills every year, and new construction continuing to grow, we believe now is the time for homeowners to put their homes on the market if they plan on selling in the next decade. Home values in the Black Hills area are on the rise,” says owner, Suzanne White. She continues, “We strive to push for great things within our team, company and community.
