Wood Window Makeover to Host Historic Homes Workshop in Tampa, FL

A team of skilled craftsmen and restoration experts from across the United States to teach participants how to restore historic wood windows.

Tampa, FL, February 10, 2017 --(PR.com)-- A party on February 10, 2017 from 6-9pm will kickoff the 2017 Historic Homes Workshop, which brings together a team of skilled craftsmen and restoration experts from across the United States to teach participants how to restore historic wood windows and how to discern if the job is done right when hiring someone to do it for you.

There are three options with varying levels of detail to choose from, from a beginner’s workshop to a full-fledged certification training. The Historic Homes Workshop culminates with a hands-on restoration for a local charity.

2 Day Historic Homes Workshop Track (Feb. 10-11) $50.00 - Friday night kick off party to meet and greet local and national restoration pros. Saturday workshop clinics, learning from leaders in the restoration industry.

3 Day Pros and Joes Workshop Track (Feb. 10-12) $200.00 - Includes 2 Day Historic Homes Workshop plus Introduction to Historic Window Restoration at the Seminole Heights United Methodist Church with the pros and Joes.

9 Day Certification Training (Feb. 10-18) $2495.00 - This option has the added value of Lead Certification Class and Level One Historic Window Restoration Certificate. Restoration project at 5310 N. Branch Ave in Seminole Heights includes 3 Day Pros and Joes Workshop Track.

Steve Quillian says about the 9 Day Certification Training, "My company, Wood Window Makeover, can only do 12-15 houses a year.
