Mars National Bank Sponsors Free First Time Homebuyer Event Attendees to Learn About Grants Towards Down Payments

The event is free. Registration is required and seating is limited. The event will provide information to help first time homebuyers before they start looking for a home. The agenda includes mortgage options, available grants towards down payment, fees associated with loans (and how to minimize them), home owner’s insurance, and other information. Special presentations by representatives of the Federal Home Loan Bank and Housing Opportunities of Beaver County will provide information about available grants.
