Charlotte Designer Joan Inglis Named President of International Home Staging Association

Charlotte, NC, February 17, 2017 --(PR.com)-- Joan Inglis, owner and lead designer of Carolina Spaces, LLC - a home staging, model home merchandising and interior design firm based in Charlotte, NC - has been appointed President of the International Association of Home Staging Professionals® (IAHSP®). IAHSP®, founded in 1999, is the pioneer home staging industry association. As the governing and regulating association for the industry, it requires members worldwide to adhere to strict standards of professional and ethical guidelines.

Joan was introduced February 11 as President during IAHSP®'s 2017 Convention and Expo in Fort Lauderdale, FL.

With over 20 years of previous interior design experience, Joan received her Home Staging training in 2004 from Barb Schwarz, The Creator of Home Staging® and founder of StagedHomes.com® and IAHSP®, and became the first Accredited Staging Professional® in the state of South Carolina.

Over the past 13 years Joan has become known as the leading expert in Home Staging and Model Home Merchandising for the region. She has been featured on TV, online and in print, and her work has been awarded on the local, state, regional, national and international level. Her expertise is frequently sought for design seminars - from local associations to international conventions.
