Xverity Announces Patient@Home Hub at HIMSS 2017 Venture+Forum

Philadelphia, PA, February 16, 2017 --(PR.com)-- Xverity, Inc., a healthcare technology and at-home services innovator, is announcing the launch of Patient@Home Hub at HIMSS 2017 Venture+Forum in Orlando, FL starting February 19.  The Venture+ Forum brings together leading entrepreneurs, business experts and deal makers to explore the latest health technology investment trends and curren market opportunities.  Xverity is one of 20 healthcare technology companies selected to present at the event.

Founded as Care Technology Solutions in 2014, the company changed its name in 2016 to Xverity to mark a new go-to-market strategy as an at-home care innovator.  When fully implemented, Xverity’s Hub will be the nation’s first synergistic network of providers of products and services configured to help ensure the patient’s safety, security and convenience following discharge from a hospital, other institutional facility or just being managed @Home.  The Patient@Home Hub will access myriad on-demand services for patients at home, as well as their caregivers, and older people who prefer to remain in their homes rather than senior living facilities.

Xverity co-founder and CEO Joe Cellucci said his company is negotiating contracts with providers of health and social services in several categories, including transportation, nutrition, medication fulfillment, home maintenance and repairs, technology assistance, companionship and personal services.  The Hub is powered by Xverity’s patented software platform and managed by what Cellucci called "High Touch Advocates" who oversee the personalization of HUB services to suit the patient’s needs.  The process begins with an initial assessment tool developed by Xverity incorporating both health and social needs as well as behavioral health condition.
