Hardyston, NJ, March 02, 2017 --(PR.com)-- Linda Cinelli, CCIM, of LC Realty, announced the sale of Advanced Self Storage, a two-facility portfolio located in Hardyston and Vernon, NJ. The Hardyston property was comprised of 287 units and 24,227 RSF plus 5,400 SF of office/retail. The Vernon property offered 37,556 RSF. Both locations enjoyed occupancy in the high-90% range, which gave the buyers the confidence to purchase the portfolio. New Jersey-based Grand Storage and Ohio-based Five Star Store It purchased the portfolio for $6,800,000. They recognized that these two facilities would complement their existing portfolio as they begin to expand into the New Jersey market.
