Richard Montes de Oca Tapped to Moderate Panel on Doing Business in Cuba at Upcoming Conference

The conference will feature government, legal and academic experts discussing the legal and ethical questions raised by the opening of trade barriers between the United States and Cuba.
Mr. Montes de Oca will moderate a panel discussion titled: “How to Do Business in Cuba Legally and Ethically.” Panelists will include Pedro Freyre of Akerman LLP; Arnaldo Perez, General Counsel at Carnival Cruise Lines; Peter Quinter of GrayRobinson P.A.; and Stephen Zack of Boies Schiller Flexner LLP.
Throughout his career, Mr. Montes de Oca has represented clients in a number of international corporate transactions and global compliance matters throughout the world, including Cuba.
