New Interdisciplinary School (NIS) Holds 21st Annual Golf Outing

Yaphank, NY, March 04, 2017 --(PR.com)-- The New Interdisciplinary School (NIS), an innovative early childhood learning center in Yaphank, NY, is holding their 21st annual golf outing, at Stonebridge Golf Links & Country Club on May 22, 2017. This golf outing, honoring Aaron Knoll of empowry, is the non-profit preschool's largest annual fundraiser. The proceeds from the outing will help enhance their animal assisted intervention program for students with special needs.

"We are extremely grateful for the donations we've received at NIS' previous golf outings, which have enabled us to implement our Animal Assisted Intervention Program for students with special needs. The success we've seen in our students' individualized therapeutic goals has been tremendous due to this program, and we look forward to seeing their continued progress through the program's expansion," said Susan Cali, NIS Director of Development.
