Maureen McGovern Headlines Concert Celebrating Women
For the second consecutive year CreativeBridge Coalition (CBC) will celebrate the accomplishments of Mahoning Valley women with a unique evening of musical entertainment, titled Valley of the Divas 2, at the DeYor Performing Arts Center on Saturday, April 22 at 7:00pm.
Youngstown, OH, March 10, 2017 --(PR.com)-- For the second consecutive year CreativeBridge Coalition (CBC) will celebrate the accomplishments of Mahoning Valley women with a unique evening of musical entertainment, titled Valley of the Divas 2, at the DeYor Performing Arts Center on Saturday, April 22 at 7:00pm.
Valley of the Divas 2, a showcase for outstanding female vocalists associated with the Mahoning Valley, will feature Grammy award winner Maureen McGovern, along with performances by Sugar Joans, semi-finalist during the 2014 season of The Voice, Maureen Collins, LeeAnn Binder and Janis Jones. A catered meet-and-greet will follow the performance.
All proceeds from the event will go to CreativeBridge Coalition, a local 501(c)(3) charitable organization, and will be spent within the Mahoning Valley to support and expand local music-based educational programing for young children and those with special needs.
