Neo Group at Global Summits 2017, a SIG Event

This spring event will be focused specifically on key concerns for sourcing leaders in the areas of risk, performance and talent.
Neo Group will play a significant part in 2 sessions. The first one is on Proactive Vendor Governance Driven by Data and Analytics and will be held on March 16th, 2017 from 1:15 - 2:05 pm EST. Neo Group will be leading this session in partnership with Greater Toronto Airports Authority and will elaborate on how to manage information and leverage analytics while managing your vendors.

How to identify potential risks and opportunities in current processes/vendors

The second session will be held in partnership with LATAM Alliance Council which will be open to all summit delegates held on March 16th, 2017 between 4:45 - 5:35 PM EST. During this session the council will discuss plans for 2017 including areas of focus based on the results of the latest membership survey. Neo Group will initiate the conversation with a presentation on Latin America's current ability to compete in the IT/BPO services industry.
