Colliers Finds Cargo Partner New Warehouse in Czech Republic
New warehouse is in Tulipan Park on outskirts of Prague.
Prague, Czech Republic, February 07, 2008 --(PR.com)-- Colliers International Czech Republic has helped Cargo Partner locate a new warehouse in the Czech Republic. It is in Tulipan Park Logistics Centre, situated on the western outskirts of Prague.
Cargo Partner, an air and sea freight provider, has taken up 4,350 m2 of warehouse space and 107 m2 of office space. Tulipan Park Logistics Centre will offer a total of 60,000 m2 and benefits from outstanding transport connections by air, road and rail. Being close to Ruzyně Airport was a major advantage for Cargo Partner.
“That was an important selection criterion, given Cargo Partner’s specialization in the air freight. The developer, SEGRO, demonstrated a high level of flexibility and offered Cargo Partner custom-built premises to suit their needs – apart from standard level ramps and direct entrance to the building the premises will be equipped with special side loading bays designed for smaller vans and there will be also spare office space allowing Cargo Partner to expand in the future,” said Simona Cerna of Colliers International Czech Republic.
“Both parties agreed on favourable financial terms. These were not easily achievable for the requirement of this size, as there were few competitors offering such space within the required time frame in western part of Prague,” added Karel Stransky, Director of Industrial Services, Colliers International Czech Republic.
