Microsoft Winner of i4cp's 2017 High-Performance Award

The award is presented annually to an i4cp member company that has demonstrated outstanding achievement as a high-performance organization.

Kathleen Hogan, Chief People Officer of Microsoft, accepted the award following her presentation to over 300 senior HR, learning, and talent practitioners, in which she discussed the evolution of Microsoft’s culture and its preparation for the fourth industrial revolution.
