Ms. Geronemus practices in the areas of corporate law, commercial litigation, and corporate governance, specifically specializing in contracts and agreements, business operations, and commercial transactions.

Ms. Geronemus has over a decade of experience practicing law in New York and Florida. Throughout her career, Ms. Geronemus served as an associate at Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP in New York and at Holland & Knight LLP in Miami. She also held the position of In-House Counsel for Kawa Capital Management LLC and BridgeInvest LLC.

Ms. Geronemus earned her JD from NYU School of Law, where she was the Managing Editor of the NYU Journal of Legislation and Public Policy. She received her BA, magna cum laude, from Duke University.
