94% said that projects were delivered on or ahead of schedule, 99% said that the quality met their need and 97% said that the budget was met.

The survey measured the satisfaction level of GlobalVision's client base. The highlights of the survey's results are:
• 99% of the respondents said that the dedicated project manager contacted them promptly after the project was approved
• 95% said that they were updated on the status of their project on a regular basis
• 97% said that their phone calls and emails were returned in a timely manner
• 97% said that GlobalVision set project details and expectations correctly at the beginning of the project
• 94% said that projects were delivered on or ahead of schedule
• 99% said that the quality met their needs
• 97% said that the budget was met
Overall 59% rated the overall service quality as very high and 36% rated it high.
